Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Sadly I will be alone for this one. Matt had to do a concert he didn't want to do, so I will be live tweeting (humonlazydiva) my impression of the whole shebang.

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Hi guys, October came and went so quickly, its very sad.
Also, I have very little to say for this month.
So lets get this over with

Lately I've been sketching and planning a comic for Pin, and here it is link for Pin's n' NEEDLES. Don't get excited about it, its just the cover. I'm going to try to get a few pages sketched on paper before posting pages and then leaving for dead. If you guys like the idea of a Pin comic let me know, the motivation of people who like my comics is the only thing that keeps me continuing a comic series at this point.

For anyone who wants to do art trades or art request don't bother too much with it, it was only for October. If you still want me to draw something just let me know by messaging or by a leaving a note. I'll try to draw it as quickly as possible without taking a month or so to do it.

Guess that's it for this month, as usually have a good month and enjoy your turkey fellow Americans.
